This meditation is meant to quickly get you into the mindset that you know exactly what to do and say to move forward in becoming a father. “I am a dad” may feel weird to say when you’re not (yet). This meditation guides you to think differently about moving forward in your path to parenthood, relieving any sadness, frustration, anger, or anxiousness.
Sometimes it’s difficult to know how to help your partner as they go through the difficulty of not having a baby right now. Or maybe you’re unsure of what the next steps are in the process. This meditation will help resolve these uncertainties.
