This episode was inspired by a group of beautiful women in one of my spirit baby foundation trainings and every single one of them identifies as highly sensitive or an empathic person.

As some of you already know, I am a highly sensitive person and an empath. It was just such a great feeling to be around these people. They get to me, I get them — we all get one another! It was just really, really fun! So, today, I want to talk about what being a sensitive person and/or an empath means in depth. 

Here is what to expect from today’s episode:

  • determine whether you are a highly sensitive person, or an empath, or both, or neither;
  • their differences; and
  • what to do if you identify with one of these.
